OCEAN REEF VILLA is almost 800 square feet and is located on the ground floor and has two separate Bedrooms with each bedroom having their own Private Ensuite Bathroom. It has a master bedroom with one Queen Bed and a sofa sleeper that opens into another bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV (Three TV's in this Villa) and has sliding patio doors that open onto a large furnished patio with a walk out to our tropical gardens, beach and ocean. The second bedroom also has a Queen Bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV with glass Patio Doors that overlook the tropical gardens. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and living room area with a 32 inch flat screen TV with a sofa sleeper that also sleeps two guests. There is a set of sliding glass doors from the living room area that open onto a large furnished patio area also overlooking the tropical gardens. From the outside tropical patio area, there is a view of the beach and ocean. Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls and daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Ocean Reef Villa is located by the beach and sits on an acre of lush tropical gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Since the living room and the Master Bedroom has a sofa sleeper that can be opened and becomes a bed, the villa can in fact sleep anywhere of six to eight people.There are Four Sets of sliding Patio doors that walkout to a very large Patio Area. There is a beautiful view of Grace Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the Patio area. Ocean Reef Villa is only about 70 feet from the edge of the shoreline.
