All rental rates inclusive of: Daily maid

Reservation Policy:
A three night deposit is required to secure reservations. Refunds are available
with written cancellation notice received and confirmed through email at
info@AtlanticOceanBeachVillas.com at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, deposit
is forfeited. Because of our small size and limited number of villas available any
alterations can significantly affect us. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strictly
adhered to. Payment on the balance of the stay is required 7 days prior to arrival.
 Rental
Rates are quoted in US Dollars
10% Government
Accommodations Tax is not included in rates
Daily
Rental Rates are available with a 3 night minimum stay
Rates
shown are based on 4 adults per villa level
Rates
on entire villa based on 8 adults
Add $40
per day or $200 per week for each adult thereafter
At time
of booking a 3 night deposit is required within 5 days to confirm the reservation
Payment
on the balance of the stay is required 7 days prior to the date of arrival
21 days
written cancellation notice is required for all refunds

Payments may be made with money order, cashiers check, PayPal, major credit card
